Great resources! What I found too was having a general overview of all these categories can save a lot of time and money especially if you are starting from zero it can be difficult to spend money on something and take the risk before you even know what the results are going to be. Which sites do you like to use for stock images especially ones for free images? I like that 123rf has a free images section.

Pixabay is one of my favorites for free images. Knowing about all the things you’re going to need for building a website and getting it in front of your visitors is imperative. When you have a budget as most people do, you need to know where the best places are to put your funds to make your online presence become a reality and not a flop.

Too many places on the net are more concerned about getting your money without any concern to whether you’ll have enough to do the remainder of what is required for you to get your site to produce. To help people out, I’m providing a How To Start segment to get people off in the right direction. This resource page is part of that plan to steering people on the right track for what they may need to get their site online.

Hi John, and as the Internet keeps evolving more and more new comers and seasoned marketers are looking for excellent resources for working on their sites.

For the existing marketers there are some things on this site they can utilize depending on their overall knowledge but for the newbies, this site will be able to stream line and speed up the learning curve on a much grander scale.

Knowledge rules for the Internet so I plan to help my visitors as much as possible with a good quality base to get everyone who enters this site the knowledge they need to move forward for free or at least the best price for what they need to be successful with their endeavors.

A lot of good information here. People need to know about avoiding scams and researching keywords for their websites. I noticed one topic I probably need to improve on with my website, photo editing. I have something I use, but is pretty old. I’m sure there are more recent packages that could benefit me.

Hi, Kevin and like all of us there are plenty of things to stay on top of when developing a website. The companies that offer photo editing will have paid, and free versions, and they will do updates through the years as well to keep their product up to date and full of current features for people to want.

One of the best strategies for these companies is to give you their product to use for free with limitations so you can see how well it works and entice you to purchase it for full access. Having full access to these products is an excellent way to do everything you may need to do for your site.

There is also excellent software for photo editing that for a lot of people they do not need all the functions and features provided and the free versions will work just fine.

Extremely well done. I’m inspired by your site. Easy read, well written and easy to follow and navigate. As well as very informative. “Bookmark us” is great. encouraging the reader to return. I will need to follow that on my site. I also like the visuals, well placed and totally relating to your topic and statements. Job well done.

Glad you liked it, Lorenzo, I put this site together to help out with people being able to get started or be able to carry on with their website builds towards success.

A lot of people believe you just use a website builder and then you’re done. They think the site will then make them lots of money and do not realize all what is involved with getting ranked and what they need to do about SEO.

This section of my website will give some resources to help out with that.

There are lots of sites that do offer some help, and I’m looking at tracking them down to help those looking for more.

Looks like you have covered basically everything that’s essential to get a profitable website rolling. I’m those type who spend more time looking for good images than writing my blog post. Probably exaggerating but that’s me. I’m bookmarking your website image resources page. I think it would come in handy as I’m about to run out of free image ideas for my future posts.

From all the sites that I list, I’m sure you’ll find yourself some great options to which ones will work best for you. You’ll find some sites have just about everything while others have featured images and photos but you’ll be able to see what is available from the short right up I give and when you actually go to the individual sites to find who has the best selection for you.

Enjoy and glad I could be of some help to you Kenny.

Hi Travis,

An excellent selection of resources here, you’ve covered off so much in this site that it’s become one of my go to on line resources – thank you!

I guess my only challenge is, there is so much on this site, and so much info else where, it really is hard to find out where to start and how to build an action plan making sure you cover all bases. Do you have any tips?

For most people that come to my site that is entirely new and learning to be a seasoned marketer, I have a page called “Getting Started” in my main menu that explains a lot of the basics to the essential requirements of what you need to know to get started and make things easier.

Signing up for the free Wealthy Affiliate membership will allow anyone to start building a site from scratch the easy way and progress with a plan from the free lessons you’ll have at your disposal.

I also put a section together on “Getting Started AT Wealthy Affiliate” it not only gives you the opportunity to see what Wealthy Affiliate is all about but will make you the course outline which anyone could use as a guide to do their own online business without becoming a premium member at WA. The thing to realize with that is you’ll take much longer, probably make more mistakes, and even pay out more money trying to piece everything together on your own. It can be done with a lot more time and patience.

Wow, I was impressed by the thoroughness of your resources. I like how you present all the options and include what you are using but allow us the possibility of not choosing what you chose. We all have to make an educated decision on what is best for us. I was particularly interested in your online photo editor research. I really need a whole class on photo editing. I’ve played around with Pixlr but I will look at your other suggestions as well.

Hi Jen and glad to hear you liked the resource pages I but together. Just as there are many different options for us to create our sites and how diverse they all are, having more than one option helps to find the best fit for what we need.

Everybody wanting to build an online business will never do everything the same or use the same programs, so it is always best to check into what we feel works best for each one of us.

That is one of the reasons I have included a resource section that uses many different methods to accomplish the same thing we are all trying to work towards, building a successful online business.

People can choose the different programs that work best for them to accomplish their objectives. What I decide to use may not work as well as what somebody else may want to use. We need to check out what works best for each one of us so I’ll continue to expand on the available resources I have to offer as my site progresses forward to help as many as I can.
